Lyrics:

Baby, baby, we can do all that we want
We get nasty, nasty
We get freaky dickey (uh, uh, uh)
Baby, baby we can do more than just talk
'Cause I can hear ya, hear ya
And I can see ya, see ya (uh, uh)
Baby, baby, we can do all that we want
We get nasty, nasty
We get freaky dickey, freaky dickey

Chorus:
Digital, digital get-down
Just you and me
We may be twenty thousand miles away
But I can see ya
And baby, baby, you can see me
Digital, digital get-down
Just what we need
If we can't get together naturally
Then we can, we can get together on the digital screen

Everytime I'm sittin' home alone, girl
I can't wait to get you on the phone, girl
So pick it up, baby
I can see everything you do
It's bouncin' me from satellite to satellite
I love the things you do for me so late at night
You turn me on, baby
It's like I'm right there next to you, yeah

Can we get connected?
I need some love and affection, baby
I'll call you on the phone
I hope that I get through
If you're in the mood and I'm not home
Here's what you do, leave a message
You know the kind I like to get back to

Chorus

I lose my mind just when you're speakin'
I see you on the screen I get to freakin'
So get down, baby
And I'll get down for you
I get so excited when I'm watchin', girl
I can't wait to see you touch your body, girl
It's just me and you
So we can do what we gotta do

Can we get connected?
I need some love and affection, baby
I'll call you on the phone
I hope that I get through
If you're in the mood and I'm not home
Here's what you do, leave a message
You know the kind I like to get back to

Chorus

Digital, digital, digital, digital get-down, get-down
Digital, digital, digital, digital get-down, get-down

[Voice:] Alert: Your satellite has been interrupted.

Baby, baby we can do more than just talk
Cause I can hear ya, hear ya
And I can see ya, see (uh, uh)
Baby, baby we can do all that we want
We get nasty, nasty
We get freaky dickey (uh, uh)
Baby, baby we can do more than just talk
Cause I can hear ya, hear ya
And I can see ya, see ya (uh, uh)
Baby, baby we can do all that we want
We get nasty, nasty
We get...

Chorus x2

Digital, digital get-down
Get-down
Just what we need

Although it has been said this song is about the internet and technology, how people can talk across continents, critics say it's about cybersex. The lyrics are suggestive to that ("nasty, nasty" has always had mixed / negative connotations associated with it, for example), and fans can argue contrary to that (only "dirty minded" critics see it that way - and I can argue it as a devoted fan would), but "you turn me on, baby" is the lyric that seals that argument.

*Revised*  If this song is about cybersex, which recently it has been admitted, then the lyrics are above average (although they aren't graphic, thankfully) as they portray that image.

One possible improvement might have been to add another verse instead of repeating the chorus, although the simplicity of the melody and reiteration gave the feeling that the song was shorter than its actual length (4:23).

The melody / beat is simpler than the lyrics.  Not quite as catchy as "Bringin' Da Noise."

Grade (on a 5-point scale):
Lyrics:  *revised* 3.6  (previous 3.3)
Music:  3.0
Overall:  *revised* 3.4  (previous 3.2)
